Muar Tools Manufacturer Sdn Bhd is a high precision and semi precision manufacturer. Which established in 1991, mainly for semiconductor industry & leading manufacturer of die set and injection moulding product for semiconductor industry.

Our founder and managing director, Mr William Boo had been in this industry for more than 30 years. His vast experience had been a great help to the company. He is able to provide our clients with adequate technical advices and instant technical helps whenever needs arise. He is currently a private consultant for General Manager of a leading manufacturer in semiconductor industry.

We fabricate punch and die, jig and fixtures, all types of precision engineering tools and electronic machine parts for the semiconductor industry. We are specialized in troubleshoot die set problem and modify machine to better condition. We are also able to modify die set and forming problem in order to improve the quality and increase the output level.

Our highly motivated and well experienced staff had contributed a lot to the growth of our business. The staffs have an average technical experience of over 15 years. Currently we have about 40 employees and this figure is expected to increase due to our expanding.

To achieve continuous improvement, we operate a system of Total Quality Management (TQM). This ensures that our people are trained to accomplish their task, solve any problems that arise and work as productive team members. We pride ourselves on the quality of our people and continually quality system establishes procedures for each function and names the individual responsible for fully monitoring that function. The system ensures that all materials and components are traceable anywhere in the production process. Our policy and procedures are certified to ISO 9001:2000.
